Export Codex MCP servers to a YAML stack file

Usage: mcpstack codex export [OPTIONS] <FILE>

Arguments:
  <FILE>  Destination YAML stack file

Options:
      --overwrite             Replace an existing stack file without prompting
  -v, --verbose...            Increase logging verbosity (-v for debug, -vv for trace)
      --expose-secrets        Preserve literal credentials in the stack
  -q, --quiet                 Limit application logs to warnings and errors
      --config <PATH>         Read this client config file instead of the default configuration
      --log <LOG>             Override the tracing filter (also read from RUST_LOG) [env: RUST_LOG]
      --color <COLOR>         ANSI color mode for help, diagnostics, logs, diffs, and lists [env: MCPSTACK_COLOR] [default: auto] [possible values: auto, always, never]
      --include-permissions   Include per-server MCP permissions and tool filters; --all does not include them
      --no-color              Disable ANSI colors; also honors nonempty NO_COLOR
      --server <NAME>         Select a server by exact name; repeat to select multiple servers
      --all                   Include every normally skipped server
      --non-interactive       Disable interactive prompts
      --include-computer-use  Include the otherwise skipped computer-use server
      --include-node-repl     Include the otherwise skipped node_repl server
      --skip-version-check    Skip automatic update checks (explicit update commands still work) [env: MCPSTACK_SKIP_VERSION_CHECK]
