A CLI to manage, share, and switch MCP server configurations.

Usage: mcpstack [OPTIONS] [COMMAND]

Commands:
  list      List configured MCP servers in one harness
  show      Print a portable YAML stack from one harness
  export    Export a portable YAML stack from one harness
  diff      Preview a stack against one harness
  import    Merge a stack into selected harnesses
  use       Replace MCP servers in one harness with a stack
  validate  Validate a stack without changing configuration or resolving secrets
  update    Check for or install the latest stable mcpstack release from crates.io
  codex     Manage MCP servers in Codex configuration
  claude    Manage MCP servers in Claude Code user configuration
  help      Print this message or the help of the given subcommand(s)

Options:
  -v, --verbose...          Increase logging verbosity (-v for debug, -vv for trace)
  -q, --quiet               Limit application logs to warnings and errors
      --log <LOG>           Override the tracing filter (also read from RUST_LOG) [env: RUST_LOG]
      --color <COLOR>       ANSI color mode for help, diagnostics, logs, diffs, and lists [env: MCPSTACK_COLOR] [default: auto] [possible values: auto, always, never]
      --no-color            Disable ANSI colors; also honors nonempty NO_COLOR
      --non-interactive     Disable interactive prompts
      --schema              Print the complete CLI interface as versioned JSON
      --skip-version-check  Skip automatic update checks (explicit update commands still work) [env: MCPSTACK_SKIP_VERSION_CHECK]
  -h, --help                Print help
  -V, --version             Print version
