Replace MCP servers in one harness with a stack

Usage: mcpstack use [OPTIONS] [SOURCE]

Arguments:
  [SOURCE]  YAML stack file path or HTTP(S) URL; prompted when omitted

Options:
      --harness <HARNESS>    Choose a harness without prompting [possible values: claude, codex]
  -v, --verbose...           Increase logging verbosity (-v for debug, -vv for trace)
      --config <PATH>        Read or write this client config instead of its default; requires one harness
  -q, --quiet                Limit application logs to warnings and errors
      --dry-run              Summarize additions, replacements, and removals without writing files
      --log <LOG>            Override the tracing filter (also read from RUST_LOG) [env: RUST_LOG]
      --color <COLOR>        ANSI color mode for help, diagnostics, logs, diffs, and lists [env: MCPSTACK_COLOR] [default: auto] [possible values: auto, always, never]
  -y, --auto-approve         Approve replacing the entire server set and create a numbered backup
      --include-permissions  Include permissions and tool filters
      --no-color             Disable ANSI colors; also honors nonempty NO_COLOR
      --non-interactive      Disable interactive prompts
      --skip-version-check   Skip automatic update checks (explicit update commands still work) [env: MCPSTACK_SKIP_VERSION_CHECK]
